how many hours do you sleep in one day?

at what o'clock do you go to sleep? at what o'clock do you wake up? I sleep at 23:00 and get up at 7:00 and after lunch, I go to sleep at 12:30-13:30. what about you?

I usually got to sleep around 5am and get up at 2pm. I know it sounds crazy but I have a crazy work schedule.

I go to sleep at about 23:30 and get up at 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. But no sleeping any more at that day because my working time is 10:00-19:00.

I only got 5 hours to sleep in a day.Usually I go to bed at 12 O'clock at night and wake up at 5 am.

You may call me weird... but I am not that fond of sleeping. I can sleep at 11 PM and wake up at 5AM, not to mention waking up several times early in the morning (for some reasons, I always am awake at around 3AM). During the day, I hardly find time to sleep. Not that I am that busy, but I just love doing little things especially over the net, just like responding to Mylot discussions.

My sleep habits have improved. I'm in bed by 10PM and I wake up at 7:30 in the morning.
