Have you ever heard of it before?
YOU MAY WANT to think twice about lamenting your ample bottom. How is your body figure? - Actually a pear-shaped figure could be good for your health. Subcutaneous fat that typically collect in the hips, bottom and thighs helps reduce insulin levels and improve insulin sensitivity, protecting people from diabetes.
Abdominal fat raises the risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease, subcutaneous fat DOES THE OPPOSITE! ;D

Big bottoms protect against diabetes.........
Hey friend, thanks for sharing that. I am going to seriously start working on slimming down my gut because I don't want to get diabetes. I have already started working out and I can feel myself starting to get in tip top shape already! Happy mylot.

Does that count for morbid obese people with a big bottom, big thighs, big hips, a big stomach and is pear shaped? I am and do I count or am I more at risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease? I liked to know! Can you tell me?
