Hi and welcome to mylot. Yes, this is a very nice place to meet others from all over the world, share our views and get paid for them too. It is also a good place to make friends of which I have done since I have been here. Referra;s will help you in your earnings if you can get them. They are hard to get and when you do, there is no guarantee that they will be active and participate. I don't have any referrals in here and I am doing pretty good on my own. You can earn by posting quality responses t didcussions, commenting on responses and also starting discussions like you just did. You can also do tasks which will help your earnings, although they aren't a requirement. I have never done any tasks either. I just bsically post responses to discussions, and I have started my own. Make sure when you post that you make them as good as you can, as mylot wants quality and not quantitiy. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
