Restrictions of a Country

Hi, definately not, because fraud people are there across the world and not in specific countries. But the count in the ban countries is much more higher than compared to unbanned countries. And that is the reason some sites are following that practice to reduce the number of spammers and fraud members. To make it a good habit, we should overselves first try to be out of such scam, and should always follow the rules, and if this is followed by eveyone then there will be no spammers, but unfortunately this will not be possible, but will can reduce the count atleast by one, if we follow the rule. Please dont take me wrong, I don't intent to say you or any other member is spammers here, but in general I am telling this.
