Do You Think That U.S will have a Population Limit In the Future?

Babies are being born like crazy now and days not only adults are have kids but teens are having kids and kids are having kids. I go to school and there are teenage girls having babies and getting pregnant. I think .... Some countries are putting limits on the population number and I remember watching a movie and how people in America were only allow to have one child. If not they was sent to Jail or the baby was killed or taken away after birth. Do think In the Future that the population is going to be large to control and we have to limit the number of births every year?
