Who Has Seen The New Disney Film UP? Is It Worth The Price Of The Movie Ticket?

Hi, Anyone seen the new Disney 3-D movie Up? I see good reviews about it everywhere, but haven't had a chance to see it yet. Our budget is a little tight at the moment and they have only one starting time that is matinee price that I can never seem to make. With a few people going, tickets can get pricey at full price so I like to know ahead of time whether it's worth it to pay full price for the movie or not, since there seem to be several good family flicks out right now. So did you see it? If so, what did you think? And, by the way, while I don't want to know the ending, is it a sad ending? I have one family member who has a very hard time with sad endings, although I keep hearing this is a really "feel good, put you in a good mood" movie. Thanks.
