I love the site, and have been involved with it for a long time, i check the site everyday because their are so many different things to do their. some are more difficult to do but their are also some very easy to do and it is a site where if you can spend some time at you can make a great deal of cash.

I've only earned 30 dollars in about a year of working in Mturk, but it is due to me being outside of the US (which means that those tasks that pays good are not accessible for me) and that I didn't put too much effort on it.

I like mturk because it has the backing of retailing giant amazon.com, and that means you can be pretty 100% assured that it is NOT a scam you're working with. You have to be checking the site pretty constantly to make much money, though-- a lot of the HITs pay so little you're agreeing to make 50 cents an hour, and I have better things to do with my time. However, if you're willing to look at the listings every 30 minutes or so, you'll sometimes come up with some good things that pay really well-- like $10 to write a few paragraphs about something. I think the "secret" to understand about mturk is that the really good HITs are rarely "open" for more than a few minutes (seconds, even) before they become fully subscribed.

So far I am beginning to think that it is a waste of time. But I haven't really given it a lot of time to explore all the hits, so maybe I am speaking too soon.

Not at all. I can make a lot more money a lot faster on Mturk than here. I have made $50.00 in one day there. never here

Yea I dont spend a lot of time on mturk to be honest and I have already made over $50. Sometimes you find something that takes just a few minutes and pays several dollars. I make more money there than any other paying site I use.
