For the last few summers my family has been addicted to America's Got Talent. Despite being Canadian and not being eligible, at least I don't think us Canadians are, it has been a guilty pleasure. Now it seems that a lot of people are trying out for the contest for the $1 Million dollar prize. This would draw anybody to at least try out for it, regardless if they have talent as many of the audtions prove. However, during the ending credits you can see a kind of startling notice. During the credits it states that the prize money will be given out over the next 40 years! 40 years!!!! That is a very long time and probably doesn't add to too much each year! For some of the older contestants that isn't too thrilling! It also means that the groups that try out, usually dance groups with over 10 performers, would get an even more drastically reduced amount!
Do you think that people would try out if they read this? Or do you think that it may be better to try out and hope for another deal to come your way also as Terry Fator did?
