Yes, because at the first place we should know the consequences turning friends into lovers. There's a lot of things takes place after ending the friendship and to start the relationship.

No, i do not think so...Your boyfriend is still your friend, he even becomes your bestfriend, your buddy, your partner....Though, it still depends on the two of you...there is no universal formula in a relationship.

Maybe some of cases succeeded and happy with their relationship after their friendship.

Yes, its a case to case basis...If you enter into an intimate relationship, it does not mean that your friendship ends...

Its a case to case thing. I have seen people who have ended their good friendship by taking it further but failing to keep the relationship alive after that yet on the other hand I have seen people who remained best friends even if they became husband and wife.
It depends on how you can keep it alive I guess.
