Friendship has its limit. There are people who dare to ask for many favours, because they realise you would not refuse their requests. The question is,would they do the same thing for you? Most probably not. The next question that should be pondered on is, what happens if the cancer retreats?
Agreeing to the request is like destroying own happiness, own future. The guy may even laugh silently because he has defeated us in all aspects of life.
The short answer is 'no.'

Even if somebody allows his girlfriend to marry his his friend suffering from cancer, the girl will not marry him unless she is deeply in love with him because that guy has cancer and she will not want to marry a man suffering from cancer.

Such a request shows a lack of respect and consideration for my girl's feelings. If my cancer-stricken friend is truly in love with my girl, then he would have to respect her feelings and not force her to marry him by using his illness as his "shotgun".
No, I will definitely not sacrifice my girl for the selfish request of my ex-friend. I say, ex-friend, because such a request would be the end of our friendship.

The cancer takes the second view the main point is the age. When my friend(usually will have nearly the same age as of me) wants to marry my girl(I guess my daughter) they will have nearly two decades difference between them. I usually don't like such a marriage between a oldman and a young girl and I will show him a lady of his age group.

I wouldn't give in to my friend's request. It may sound selfish on my part but that would also be ridiculous to give in to my friend's selfish attitude. If Im the one dying, i wouldn't take anything from my friend. Its just totally ridiculous to be selfish on your last breath.
