How to get some weight?

I notice that most people want to lose weight here and there. But my friend want to get some weight. Her weight is only 42kg, and she wants to get weight to 50kg to 55kg. Just like many girls in my country, she doesn't like to eat main food but snacks. And now it is summer and she keeps losing weight. Anyone have some good advices? Healthy way, please.

If she wants to gain weight, let her eat food rich in carbohydrates like bread, rice and pasta. Let her drink milk and softdrinks because those are rich in sugar. It is so easy to gain weight, she just have to be determined to gain some.

Thank you. Yes, she do need gain some. I always tell her to eat more bread, rice and pasta, but she cannot eat more main food currently. It is a rough way step by step.

If she is worrying herself to much about it, it will make it worst. If she can eat a balance meal,and stop the " too many snacks" she will improve,I think that if at school they make fun of her then it is another struggle. Does she take any supplement and exercise? Another thing,it is very important to drink 8 cups of water everyday,even if you are skinning,I did it in the past and it helps to get more muscle mass.

Well I guess one way is to consult a doctor about her condition. It may be that she is suffering from a disease that is why she is having hard time gaining weight. it may some metabolic problems she is experiencing and if that is the case then she should attend to it immediately. It is unusual that we are experiencing losing weight when we are not dieting.

Thank you. She already had a regular physical examination and she is very health. In the summer, it is normal for people losing weight.

Tell her better to keep the same weight, if she prefer to get more weight let her eat cookies, cakes, and sugary items in large quantity. Also take advice from your family doctor.

Firstly, I think she should change her eating habit in which the snacks have litte nutrition. She should take some food to balance the protein,microelement and so on. Secondly,she should go to see a doctor and confirm if she has an apositia. If so the doctor will give her some advices.

Maybe she should start by eating eggs in the morning with one whole glass of milk and to eat many things with vitamins c which helps to gain weight also.

I don't think there is any way if your friend don't wanna have a change of his diet habit.Do you see anybody fat just eating snacks?

It is really surprising to read this discussion. Everybody wants to loose weight and you wat the opposite. Very interesting!! I would just suggest eat healthy food right from the morning to night. You three meal a day should be haelthy and perfect. Eat a banana daily and drink a glass of milk too. Do not skip meal.

I used to have the same problem with your friend. I think there are not too many ways to get some weight without better diet. But you can try to do some exercises and have a better sleep, or you can try to drink some milk which is helpful. Sometimes you can also have some chocolate but not too much. Hope above can be of help.

Hello rockroy and friends this is checkmail and think my advise can help you a little bit.Gaingin weight is not as that easy but not also impossible.Well if your friend like to eat only snacks than you may prepare snacks full of proteins.That is it should be health friendly and promote the growth of it.You can also advise her to do some basic normal exercises before having her snacks.Exercises do help reduce unwanted material in the body which block the progress of the body.And also is responsible for increase in diet.And if your friend find it difficult than try another opposite way but it won't be healthy.Just ask yours friend to take rest.
