What qualities do you look in a person to be a friend!

I agree with you. Because I am same as you.

I make friends sometimes by approaching them and other times they're the ones that approach me first. However, I really think that I don't automatically "choose" someone right off the bat. It takes a while for me to get to know someone and after I get to know someone's personality, then I'll be able to determine if we can be close friends or just remain casual friends. To me, if I know that someone is trustworthy then I'll be more comfortable getting to know them more and be able to tell them my secrets etc. Our relationship will deepen into a more serious friendship. I like my friends to be caring and honest. They are able to come to me for anything and vice versa. I want my friends to have responsibility over their lives and know what's best and make right choices instead of bad ones. The most important for me is having a friend who doesn't ask for anything back even if they give a lot of themselves. My friendships with my friends are based on the fact that we just like each other with no other hidden agenda. We have a lot of similar interests so we're able to talk about everything together and hopefully learn from each other as well.

Iam not so choosy,i genuinely like people but i like to be around people that is kind,honest and funny.People that are not trying to pull me down on the contrary.People that is making positive deposit in my life.
