Need help to buy a Tv Tuner Card

I hv a AMD pc, with just only 256mb RAM, 2 GHz processor. Now suggest me a medium price TV TUNER card which will suit the cost & performance of my pc.

I use the MSI brand, but there are many models from cheap to more expensive...
