what to do to those teachers who do not teach?

for schools its a sinful type of thing to do nothing to students if your a teacher right?
so what should we do to them?

Sadly, there's not much you can do. I am in my fourth year of college and I've had many professors who did not "teach". My worst experience was with a math professor. The best thing to do, is to speak to you're advisor [if you are in college] or you're counselor [if you're in high school]. They will advise you on what to do.
I did this for that math professor of mine and they set up a meeting with the dean of the department. And although my school had a policy against firing professors, they did speak to her and I heard she got better [through friends who took her class in the later future.]

thanks for the tips like that, but your teacher in that campus is the head or dean and right hand of the president of the school it's hard to do that type of thing you have sad.. but let's just have a plan which is best for that,.
