My favourite seafood dish is probably moules mariniere, although I do like many other dishes. Especially shellfish, where all the "bones" are on the outside.

Seafood is my all-time favorite, especially the medely of a variety of them. One of my favorite dish is seafood tetrazzini and you wont believe how amazing it can come out. It is too easy a recipe try. Have a look at the recipe video here - http://www.ifood.tv/recipe/one_dish_seafood_tettrazzini You can use just about any seafood of your choice or may even try a combination of a few, then a lot of cheese, mushrooms, noodles.. Oh it's so amazing!

that sounds very good. I will check that out. I like making different foods. And I like seafood of all kinds. Going out to a seafood restaurant is very expensive though at times. Its nice when you have the money and can go to those kinds of places and sample the different foods.

I love seafood. Crab, lobster, oysters. sea bass, cod, you name it. I was raised on the Atlantic coast the first 12 years of my life and the Pacific coast for another 43 years, so have had most everything. Now live in the middle of the country - land locked and no beaches in sight. Yuk. Use lemon as well as butter in most of my seafood dishes and a good cream sauce.
