help me!! i need write a dissertation plan.

last month i went to see my superwiser. she said i need write a dissertation plan, read more than 30 journals and make notes. when i go to see her next time, i need take my notes and a list of what i read and a dissertation plan. the problem is i don't know how to write a dissertation plan,Is there anyone can help me?
