Whats the best email (free) service you've had so far and why?
Hotmail, yahoo, gmail?

gmail. Easy to find stuff, keeps conversations together and chat is right there.

I have to say it is a tie between Hotmail and Yahoo as they both now have almost the same features as OUTLOOK. I am not talking about outlook express which is free and comes with windows

I would say gmail. I really like the way that you can organize your folders and archived messages.
