A friend of mine is about 6 weeks pregnant with her first child and they are experiencing some nausea. I told her to try a few saltine crackers. It's been awhile since I had a baby. What have you heard that works for pregnancy nausea?

Water can help a lot and if she is throwing up a lot than she might want to speak with her doctor. I am not sure what is going on at this point but I have had friends that had a lot of issues with throwing up and she had to be placed on meds because of it. Take care and I hope this helps your friend in some way. Take care and happy mylotting as well.
