Philcoa

i spent a few years passing by the same landmark back in my college days when i lived in the campus as well as in krus na ligas. lots of things happened to me in that area. some were fun moments while the others were sad ones. one of the fun moments was when my bestfriend worked as a crew in jollibee and we both had a crush on one of the managers there who happened to live next door to our apartment too. i was ordering lunch on my birthday (also a school day back then) for me and my friend when the manager intercepted my order from the crew, waived off my payment and told me, it has been taken cared of. i blushed from head to toes because he's the ultimate crush of all female crews in jollibee and for a few moments his attention was on me when he greeted me a happy birthday. i didn't mind the envious glances i got. it was a happy moment. however, the overpass lay witness to one of the most uncomfortable moment in my life when one night i crossed paths with a guy i got seriously involved with before. i didn't know if i would pretend not to see him or what. but he saw me and it was too late to pretend otherwise. he was really persistent that i see him the next day. so we did see each other for lunch. little did i know that he would propose to me the next day... of which i flatly refused because the feelings were no longer there. the proposal was a year too late. but it was a sad day. and i cried from philcoa all the way back to my apartment. not because i lost him or that i still have feelings for him. but because i didn't want to hurt him by refusing... of which i had to.

Philcoa is the place where we hang out especially in McDo and sometimes in Jollibee with my classmates in UP Diliman. There are a lot of internet cafe around the area and what i love is every night i usually go there to buy balot and the infamous mami kiosks near Mini Stop.
