What do you prefer when its raining??

I don't prefer going out when it rains... My clothes gets spoiled often.I prefer sitting at home and watch television with a cup of coffee.... But always it is not possible.. I prefer going out in raincoat and not by taking an umbrella. I may get wet carrying an umbrella if it rains too hard.

I prefer to use umbrella, too when it's raining. Only when i was a child, my parents always prefer me to wear raincoat. Because it's more protective and comfortable, no need to remember to bring umbrella. But when i start to go working until now, i prefer to bring umbrella. I don't like raincoat because it's very warm and uncomfortable. Now, i am vote for umbrella...lol...

Hi. rakesh284. I agree. When it is raining having a long water resistant raincoat can keep the excess water off of a person. Our hands are free from holding an umbrella. I still would carry an umbrella just to keep from feeling the cold rain pouring down on my head and body.

i would still go for a rain coat with a hood or a long jacket and cap, umbrellas are nice but i find them cumbersome if its a big one then one has to hold it well on the streets lest you hit someone with it and the chances of forgetting it in a train or a bus or an office are way too high, as for the small umbrellas those ones are better

Rain for Philippines i prefer umbrella but since i moved here and Uk and the weather is so bad with strong wind, i do prefer raincoats. It's easy and safe compare with umbrella specially for heavy rains.

I also prefer umbrella when I am travelling because it can protect me from both sunlight and rain so I carry a small one so that it does not take too much place in my handbag. However when I go with my boyfriend on his moto then I definitely take my raincoat because I have already experience being on the moto with him in the rain and without raincoat so I do not want to repeat the experience again. An umbrella is definitely something very handy and advantageous. It is of multi purpose infact. We use it in the rain, in the sun, and to protect ourself when there is someone trying to misbehave.

I also prefer to bring umbrella, I never used to bring raincoat. And i can insert umbrella in my pouch bag not like raincoat. But if aside from raining it's also cold, then it's time to also wear a jacket or sweater.

Hi rakesh.It's depend to where I go.If I go somewhere by motorcycle,Usually I wear raincoat.But I use umbrella if I go on foot.Many people in my country more prefer umbrella when raining.There are seldom using raincoat except if they ride motorcycle.I think,wear rain coat more comfortable but I don't like be spectacle by peoples.
