Do you think "make up "for ladies is a necessity??

Most women love to make-up and i agree that make ups can do wonders and makeover and yet there are many women who would prefer to stay without applying makeup unless on some special occassion while some would remain makeupless and still remian beautiful.
Some men think that makeups are for women so USE IT to look beautiful and use it daily...but i for a women do not agree with it.I feel that men should be happy with thier spouses natural looks and not on artificial looks after makeup.
What is your say here ladies and gentlemen...do u (men) think we women should use makeup daily to look (differnt and beautiful) or stay natural as we are..
and ladies...do u agree that men should impose on u wearing makeup to look beautiful?? and will u wear makeup just becos ur spouse insists??
As for me...id remain the same me... i believe its the inner beauty that counts which will not fade n not the outer beauty which will vanish afer a wash.

I rarely wear make up, I actually think I look more beautiful with out it. Sometimes it is fun to go out wearing make up, but most of the time I like to stay myself and not give people a false image. I am confident and feel beautiful, I do not need a mask to give me that feeling. My boyfriend thinks I am beautiful when I wake up in the morning with my face as is, and hair all messy with my occasional stinky breath haha. I do not have to go out of the way to impress a man, if he is not impressed or happy with the way I am, then who needs him, he would not be good enough for me.

I don't think make up is necessary, but it is good to apply make up if we go for some function or party. I do apply once in a while, but not daily. I belive that make up can do wonders. I have a friend who acts in small roles in movies. Her name is Jeeva. You should see her without make up and see her pictures from the movie. You will never believe that it is Jeeva. After that incident I started believing in the magic of make up.

Thanks daliaj, i do very much agree with you that make up is never a necessity but women like us occassionally wear it to look /feel more confident& beautiful on some special days

i wear very light make up to the office every day.
well, it becomes a necessity for women whose profession require them to use it. most of the women who wear make-up are those in the entertainment industry for obvious reasons.
