My dad cooked me breakfast once and the eggs came out green. I'm not sure how he made green eggs... I think he wanted to make them like Dr Seuss eggs. Bad idea! They looked like boogers and tasted just as bad.

My dad is a very good cook. He is not just a doctor, but a real great chef at home. That's something I am so proud of my father. He can be a handyman, and everything else other than his profession. How many can say that about their dad. Not many i bet. Dad's chicken adobo recipe is the best I ever had. My brother even had some sent and delivered from California to Boston, Ma. Imagine that!!!

My dad can cook - he spent alot of time (still does) working on the oil rigs and living in the camper trailer so he made a lot of his own meals. I didnt realize this til i was about 7 and he made mushroom soup for me and my sisters when mom was away for the day. It was "mommy did you know daddy can cook?" when she got home which made her laugh really hard.
He makes the awesomest BBQ steak.

lol.
I believe that's what I said to mom when my dad cooked those hamburgers. She laughed at me, too. That's great that your dad can cook! Its even better when he stays by himself sometimes.

no.my father don;t know anything about cooking . he didn;t know even to put tea or coffee .as my mother is housewife ,she only prepares food for him also.as my father is job holder ,he will not have time in mornings to cook food. in evening also he is not interested in cooking ,as men in india feels that cooking is ladies duty.
as he is too old now,he can;t learn anything now ,i think .he will not eat outside food also,as it is not good to his health.
now as my parents house is near my sister's house,if any time,my mother is not in house,my sister sends food to him. so he don;t need to prepare food .

I grew up with my grandparents. My grandma usually does the majority of the cooking, but my grandpa cooks too. Most of the time, he did the "special" cooking, like when we had waffles for breakfast. My grandpa makes the best waffles I've ever had. He also does the grilling when there's a barbecue. Recently, my grandma had to have major surgery for pancreatic cancer, and during her recovery my grandpa did all of the cooking (except for when people from church brought meals over).
