I think Hide4dz Bux is a scam....What do you say

I have joined Hide4dz Bux and it looked very promising, lots of ads at 10 cents per clck. I reached payout - $5 - and requested payout. It said the request is being processed and should take between 2 - 5 working days. I went on clicking and eventualy reached over $10, and requested payout again. By this time the previous amount as not been payed yet so I tgough they would do both together. When I requested payout, they said that only premium and platinum members may request payout. What a load of bull... To upgrade cost $20, and it must come from Alertpay. Why not from my account ballance. Why should I pay $20 for upgrade to withdraw $10. Has anyone had the same experience?

That site does sound like a scam to me. I would not pay that much to upgrade at the site either just to draw out $10.00 from it. They would have to make me two payouts first and then I would use that money to upgrade it.
