Well George Lucas stated a few years back that there would be no more Star Wars on the big screen but did mention that at the same time he had plot ideas which would make for a further trilogy. Whilst I feel that maybe Lucas will not produce any more in the series I can't see 20th Century Fox closing the door completely on it. The reason being is that the Star Wars movies are huge money spinners and from a business perspective I believe that Fox will attempt to cash in on the franchise again at some point in the future. Whether they would be any good if Lucas wasn't involved is another matter.

Well the story pretty much ended, so i dont see any scope for any sequels...
If you really wanna know more of the story, there are these animation movies, games and comics which have different plot lines related to the original star wars movies.
you can search for them online....

The series already ended with the first 3 movies. What they've made recently were prequels which tell the story before the original 3 movies. There's also an animated series that tell even more of the story. There's no need for more movies, the whole storyline is pretty much covered.
