lol, funny but true. i like the way you said it though. but we should all remember and take note at what you said. if we all want to live longer, we should all try to live as healthy as possible :) +

My husband managed to quit smoking after 30 years. He had a few days of withdrawal and feeling a little rough. Then he had to deal with the craving that came when others wround him at work were smoking. That was in 1988. Now he can't understand why he ever smoked, and other people smoking really bothers him.
Good luck! I know you can do it if you want to badly enough.

You should quit smoking. It is hazardous to your health and causes lung cancer, and may cause gum disease which can lead to other diseases. If you quit, you would probably experience nicotine withdrawal especially the first few days. It is your body's response in ridding the dependence of nicotine. You may experience symptoms of iritability, sleeping patterns, ect. BUT YOU SHOULD QUIT.

you better quit before its too late. there are effects of course since your body is quite used to it already. you might have cravings too and widthrawals. its just a matter of controlling yourself and having people around you to support you and guide you. gluck on it :) +
