Dear friend,
My sleep is entirely upon my tiredness and comfort to sleep. Only lacking is to get free time to sleep during day. Rarely I get time to sleep during day time. But if I get I would surely like to sleep during day. I just want a comfortable sleep.

I really do not sleep during day time considering that I find it hard to sleep at night if ever I sleep during the day. So I do not sleep unless, I am very tired from doing something very important at night and have to finish a project often finishing up at dawn. But I do not see any problem with someone sleeping during the day. For as long as you feel comfortable and great, then why not?

Sometimes I like taking naps but most of the time I dont want to take a nap because it usally screws up my sleeping schedule. I only take a nap a few times a week if im really tired and try to take it before 6 pm like to take it around 3 pm or 5 at the latest. Even though when I was a kid I use to love taking naps especially when I was in highschool pretty much use to take a nap everyday after school lol.

I rarely take a nap during the day because I wake up feeling drained and tired. I'd rather just get my normal sleep at night. My husband likes to take a nap when he's tired and he feels better when he wakes up so he's definitely not like me.

Hi, I've been taking an afternoon nap most days for the last 16 years! It was the only thing I could do to keep me sane whilst i had young children in the house..I found that if I took a nap at the same time as the children..around 2 to 3..I would wake up really refreshed and ready for the afternoon and evening..otherwise, I would be naggy and irritable, then I would fall asleep in front of the TV at around 8 to 9 when my husband would be wanting to spend time with me...napping gave me a chance to do a system restore of my brain and energy....I advise it...and lulling to the airconditioner sounds lovely..I usually lull to a ticking clock lol

Sleeping in the afternoons will put your weight up. So it's not a healthy practice to sleep in the day time. Have a nice day.

I actually have no more time to do so. I used to do that. At least a few minutes to an hour during the day time. But now with the busy schedule, I no longer have time to do so, but I could do that during Saturdays.
I don't think there's nothing wrong with doing so, as long as you are not neglecting your obligations or responsibilities.
