I saw many gays losing there jeans till half of there bud. i never figer it out whats so cool in it. Is anybody out there who can let me understand that whats the point to show it to peoples. whats happen to this faction creature.

I don't see why, either. A slightly low can be accepted, but well, maybe it's part of gay culture. And since there are some people like it, we can say that we can not judge it from our point of view because we are only ourselves. Remember? one man's meat is another man's poison.
