DO ONLY READING BOOKS CAN BUILD UP UR KNOWLEDGE?

I agree with you. Books do not have all the knowledge. Knowledge of books needs to be trensfered from the mind to the hands. The only way for this to happen is to go out and practice what has been learned in books. Some knowledge is passed from one person to another. Much knowledgd can be gained from older generations. Some knowledge can be gained from being obervant of one surrounding.
