You might not have heard of these bands but I like the Cancer bats. They have a really heavy guitar and nice drums and vocals. Breaching Vista is another good one. Same wit Ten Second Epic. Those guys are amazing. If you haven't heard of them you have got to go to Youtube and listen to one of their songs. They are amazing. I like Cancel Winter as well. They have some real cool songs. They're a little slower than the stuff I listen to, but they are still great. I just love browsing myspace music to find some cool new talent.

She & Him! I love Zooey! And I had kind of avoided M. Ward as a rebellion against my ex-idiot who is a Merge fanatic but after he teamed up with Zooey, I gave his solo work a chance and really like him. Might be going to see him at a festival in September.
I like a lot of the artists/bands you listed. Not a big fan of Cat Power or the Yeah Yeah Yeahs (although I do think Nick Zinner is beautiful) but the rest are pretty awesome.
Of Montreal is so cute. Their songs are positively absurd but fun at the same time. My favorite is Chrissy Kissed a Corpse.
If you like Rilo Kiley, try Jenny and Blake's side projects. Jenny Lewis has actually done some solo work (including, my favorite, a cover of Tom Petty's Handle with Care that she recorded with Conor Oberst, Ben Gibbard and M. Ward) as well as with the Watson Twins. She also sang on a couple tracks on the Postal Service album. And Blake Sennett has another band called The Elected. I don't think they have really done anything since they released their second album in 2006 but both albums were great.
Aside from those you mentioned... The Thermals, The Decemberists, Ted Leo, Her Space Holiday, as well as some that aren't around anymore - The Dismemberment Plan, Neutral Milk Hotel, Elliott Smith, Guided by Voices....
