Brushing teeth; how often you do this?

I brush my teeth in morning and at night ...brush in circles not sure if that is what is recomended ..haven't been to the dentist i a while ...how about you?

I brush my teeth three times a day, to prevent cavity, and to be clean and fresh, and to attain a proper hygiene,and preventing diseases to the teeth.

I only brush my teeth at night.That is why I only have 6 cavaties in my teeth...hee hee hee.

My dentist always recommends I brush my teeth at least twice a day. If possible he recommends I brush after every meal. It's not always possible for me, so my goal is to always brush at least twice a day. It typically happens in the morning and at night, before bed. I brush, floss, and gargle with mouth wash. From time to time I also do whitening strips in the evenings. I try to take the best care of my teeth as possible!

I brush my teeth twice a day, morning and night. and I will rinse my mouth with mouthwash after eatting something.and I will do a toothwash in a professional hospital half a year. There a proverb in my country,'tooth pain is not a serious disease, but it will kill you!'. so keep teeth healthy now.

I make sure i brush my teeth 3 times a day, once in the morning when i wake up, later in the afternoon when i am taking a bath and before to go sleep. Its always a good feeling when your teeth is clean. But sometimes if i go out like taking lunch in the mall so in a day i brush atlest twice a day. Its a good doing that you should not forget and you should take as a hubby. I dont follow anything on how to brush my teeth, i dont frequently go to dentist just when it necessary. Hello mobhomeir , I brush my teeth at the least twice a day. Lately I have been lazy on flossing but I will have to get back into flossing every day.When I had braces I had to brush my teeth after every meal.I really need to get to flossing the same amount as brushing my teeth.

I brush at least twice aday - in the morning and at night. There are times I even do it in the middle of the day depending on what I have eaten.

I brush my teeth almost always three times a day...I am not comfortable and confident to smile if I know I missed brushing my teeth...It already a habit to me to brush after every meal.
