Well I guess you have to bring enough cash for it. Maybe 1000 pesos would be enough if consultation fee is concerned. I do not think that beyond that they would not charged you for their prof fee. But of course, expect that you doctor would require you for some test like x-ray and other things so it may be an added cost for your to consider besides the consultation fee.

I already had my Xray and the doctor said that there is no problem. But the thing is, the problem is not the bones but the ligaments so i believe that the xray was useless. Anyway, P1000 just for a consultation fee? I thought it would only cost about P500

I am not really sure of course. There are other doctors that ask for 700 but I haven't had seen doctor that charged more than a thousand. To be safe maybe you can call your doctor's secretary and ask how much does he charge their patients I guess that is the most practical thing to do.

medical check up fee are always different depending on what to do. for example the obgyne for private hospital it will cost P400 pesos, for general check up its P500 pesos and this does not include laboratories. so it better to bring extra money for you since ust hospital is a private hospital.
