Windows Vista - No internet Connection

Ok, so you read the subject, now here's the situation: im running windows vista home ed. yesterday i was still using my internet then when i switched to a new wireless network it stopped working. even when i plugged it to a LAN it doesn't work but there are other PC connected to this LAN which is working. i posted a photo of the error. i hope someone could help me. i've tried doing everything. i get my IP address from the router automatically. even when i switch to a manual configuration, it doesn't work
