I don't like to be an employee but I have to. I wish I'm the boss of myself and work for myself. But for years, I changed one and another company. I work as an English teacher, secretary in a private company and translator. Maybe some day I can work for myself. That is my dream.

Hi Fancy,
I have something for you. First, always learn to love whatever work you are doing and give your 100% and be sincere to your own conscious. Yes I can understand it is difficult to keep ourself motivated all the time. Even I feel let down some times but that is part of nature. You can be your own Boss even being an employee, you may thinking that I am crazy but I am not. I am also an employee in a prive company and whenever I get any assignment/task - I talk to myself and tell if, I am an employer how would I like this task to be completed and then give my best shot. Believe me it works.
Two, I am also working part time at home by earning money on line. Both these roles are equally challenging and has its own pros and cons. Please cheer-up and never give up your dream, dream big. Please visit my website to get few ideas. I am sure after few weeks or months later you will definitely get back to me with your own success story.
All the best.

I am currently an employee in private sector and like others I wish to have my own business and become an employer rather than an employee. I am aware of how big the responsibility of becoming an employer. Ideally I wish to become both employer and employee at the same time, which means I have my own business, also having a fixed income just in case if my business fail, I will still have a back up.

This is an interesting question. I am an employee now, but I want to become an employer when time comes. I am having dreams about building my own company and becoming a successful business women. I know that it is peaceful to be an employee. There are lots of risks when you become an emplyer.
Being an employee, you can shift to a different company if your company is not doing good in business. That is not possible if you are an employer.
