Some things that helped me. First off diet. I went from regular white bread to whole grain flat bread. Which is only 100 calories in both slices not each. Then I use tuna a couple of days and then switch up to pb&j. Peanut butter is reduced fat and jelly is reduced sugar or sugar free. I haven't been doing yogurt but I am going to start. If you eat yogurt right before a meal its suppose to help you feel fuller faster. Also drink lots of water. I skip breakfast sometimes but mainly have a nutrigrain bar or oatmeal/grits. For dinner I am a little leanant there. I do go to the gym but thats because I have extra time on my hands in the afternoon. But you say you dont have time you could get up an hour or half an hour early and take a brisk walk or slow jog. Walking is just as good a jogging if you do a fast walk. And you want loose your breath as much. Its better to do it in the morning i find. It made me slim faster for some reason. I also do workout dvd and shows. One of them is called gilad body sculpt. If you have cabel then you should get this show on the fitness show. If you stick to this it may not work at first but after a couple of weeks you should notice things. I was real hardcore on it though at first and my stomach was flatter. I lost five pounds. Good luck.

Okay, if you can't find time for gym, then best way would be to control your diet.
You will need to abstain from consuming too much of oil and oily stuffs. Reduce the quantity of rice if you take them. Don't eat chocolates or sweets basically to reduce the fat percentage in your body. And if you have time, exercise at your home itself or even better to walk or go for cycling, for 1 hour or more.
