What do you think about those who affect most in fight against terrorism?

Fight against terrorism is what on everybody's tongue, whoever those terrorist are, whatever their demands are, what they want etc. is no tthe concern here but the main thing is that what about the people who suffer most in fight against terrorism, who loss the lives of their loved ones, who looses their dream houses, towns, cities and even countries. Currently, there is amilitary operation in Pakistani territory Sawat (A beautiful valley) thousands of men women and children were homeless and waiting for someone to help them ...... !! What do you think we should do for them to make them somewhat comfortable? Please give your advice because you don't know any of our discussion here would save someone's precious life or brings a smile to somefaces.
