Marriage Proposals

I just read this article about celebrity marriage proposalshttp://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20287447,00.html?xid=email-breakingnews-20090625-20287447 I was expecting to read stories of over the top proposals (something like renting out the Eiffel Tower or something like that), but some of them were just downright weird! Nude beaches and speeding down the road until the girl said "yes". Definately not my idea of romance, but I guess as they say, different strokes for different folks. So, I was wondering, how did your proposal go? How did you propose to your wife, or how did your husband propose to you?

Mines not really romantic. We went from shop to shop looking for a ring which is very exhausting for both of us. When we finally found the one, the saleslady asked us if she will wrap the ring or will I just wear it, and we both answered wrap it. After we got out of the store my fiance asked me to try it on. he told me that the ring is beautiful and I said. Yeah it is. Then he asked me if I want to marry him. I told him do you really have to ask me? I'm already wearing the ring. He answered of course and repeated his question. He didn't stop asking until I said yes.
