Help! Help! Help! Trouble with pen drive...

Hey guys I am having trouble with my pen drive. When I plug in the pen drive, the light glows and the computer detects it. But when I try to open it, it says "Please insert a drive into disk J". Help me out here. To give you a little background, this started when i had plugged in the pen drive into another laptop and it crashed. Before this my pen drive was working fine. But after this this problem has started. Is the pen drive corrupted? If so can i repair it? I really do not care about the data on the drive. I already have backup. But I wanna know if i can repair the pen drive for further use.
