What happened to photo?

Yes i had a look at the photo and feel that it gives a blurry look. SO there are two posibilities of this blur - 1. You have zoomed in too much (like going macro) and this why the image quality is not sharp (or) 2. You were taking htis picture without a tripod, i.e, more like a hand held camera shot and you would have shaken slightly to cause the blur. Now tell me which one is true :)
