Are Michael Jackson's children biologically his?

The thought that "oh they don't look like him" doesn't mean anything because not only does he not look like he originally did but also that there are two sets of genes in a child and they are all mixed up, so it is easily true that some children don't really look like either parent,,,and lastly, they are children,,,,my youngest uncle looked nothing like my grandfather, and so my grandfather accused my grandmother of cheating, and he left,,,,,40 years later, my uncle looks almost EXACTLY like my grandfather did

We must remember that MJ went through several facial surgeries to change his facial appearance. As a result his present face does not remotely resemble his original facial features. Changes were made to his cheekbones, nose structure, lips, eyes, chin, and skin colour. If you made the comparison with what he originally looked like, then I am going to ask the same question.
