Try to scan with Malware Bytes ;)

Maybe the mentioned dll has become corrupted or is missing. Try replacing the mentioned dll with that from your installer and give it a try. You may even search the error in any search engine which will surely direct you to the right solution.

I am not sure of this but by googling the file name i found it is a dll compilated by socket communication inc, that usually makes embedded wifi cards, or some kind of handheld devices. So my bet is that reinstalling either the wifi drivers or the proprietary wifi control panel should solve the problem.
