I don't know about the best, but Orlando (Florida USA) is up there. International Drive in particular is the most surreal drive you'll ever take! I really enjoyed Univeral Studios Orlando. It's an awesome theme park! Of course Disneyworld is in spitting distance too.

My best tourist place is Kerala.. Its very nice place and I enjoyed a lot. And as you are Indian u do know where the Kerala located...:)

Kashmir is the world best tourist place in the world, but every one is going outside india why because it is in our country that's why we are not going to visit kashmir,"Sayroon ne kaha hai","Agar Jameen Par Kahin Jannant Hai to Bas Yahni hai Yahni Hai" Kahsmir.
