What do you usually feel on your birthday?

Today is my birthday, but I do not feel like it is. My husband, kids, parents, siblings, friends, colleagues, and bosses had sent me greetings this week, yet I do not feel any excitement at all. I just feel strange because the past birthdays that I had, I had been always fine. Nevertheless, I should fight this negative feeling, for it will not help me anyway. Instead of murmuring here, I should thank God for letting me live and experience this breath of life that He has given me. I count the blessings that He has been giving...Now I realize that there are many of them that I cannot count....whew!! What about you friends? Have you ever had this before especially on your birthdays? ^^

Well actually whenever it is my birthday, it is just a normal day for me. I do nothing really that special, we never go out or do anything fun at all, I just sit at home in front of the computer and that is about it. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I feel happy everytime. I get to receive gifts and greetings from people I love.

I didn't experience that feeling until now but I think I wouldn't like to feel that way... During my birthday, I just thank God and my mom in giving me my life... I was so satisfied in my life, my family, friends, work, etc.

I usually feel blessed and loved on my birthday because people i love remember it.
The least you can do is to be thankful and greatful of all your blessings.

I celebrated my birthday this year in my parents' house, I was very happy, because my parents, younger brother & his wife and my boyfriend were all there. It is the first time.But I don't like celebrating my birthday since I am over 25 years old.

Happy birthday,it looks like you are so popular, many people sent you greetings. However, I never take my birthday as a serious thing to do some special. Sometimes, I even forget my birthday until many days later I find it is too late to celebrate. What`t more, I never celebrate my birthday with my friends or receive any regards. So I don`t feel any special on my birthday. O(n_n)O~

Happy Birthday!!! When I was younger, I used to be excited and thrilled at the thought of my birthday fast approaching. I always look forward to the gifts , the greetings and the food. But then, as I grow older, I have come to realize that it is just another ordinary day. Perhaps , I do not want to think that another year would be added to my age, making me older. I said to myself that a text is fine with me, no more gifts and birthday cakes and ice cream 
. Well, I survived.
I guess it comes with age. When you become older, more mature and wiser, important things do matter more than trivial things. When it comes to birthday, I am just glad that I survived the previous year and I am still here. Thank God.
