How to change coutry in paypal?

Hey guys. I have a problem with PayPal. When I made the account I was living in Estonia but for now I have moved to Denmark. I need to change the country in my PayPal account but can't. I can add a new address but it still says automaticly that the address is in Estonia.
Has anyone had this problem before? How do I solve it or do I have to make a new account?

We are not allowed to change the country and the only option is to close the existing account and opeingin a new account only.The information regarding this can be found in the help of Paypal at the link:

goto my account.and then there in profile..goto edit street address.....
u can chage your address there...
