I was 11 when I first read Harry Potter and the philosophers stone, and it was a book I liked, which is why I continued to read the entire series even though by the time Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was out I was 22 years of age.
The movies are great too, but the actors need more lessons in acting rather than magic.

It seems that you are have a good criticism. In a movie, the effects shouldn't over power the message and essense of the story. Good observation :)

I like Harry Potter. I read all the books and I saw also the movies. It's a good type of lecture. Everybody can learn about the benefit of friendship. I saw a lot of movies, but I like to see from time to time the series of Harry Potter. And I recommended to all my young ...or not friends.

It is good to know something like that. Honestly, watching a series movie is a beeter thing. For you see the flow as well as the development of the story , including the changes ih=n the characters :)
