Many people tell me that i should not wear a bra to sleep. But they seem to not have a reason. But if i dont wear one then i feel weird. But i dont see the difference between wearing one all day then all night it is like the same thing. I was just wondering what other people think.

I know what you mean! I HAVE to wear a bra to sleep or I'm not comfortable. My mom always said that NOT wearing a bra to bed will lead to saggy boobs in the future...not sure if thats true, but i'm not taking my chances!
:) haha.

If you're "top heavy" - they're going to sag. That's just simple law of gravity - there's nothing that can stop them from being attracted to earth. It is what it is, honey. Might as well accept it now.

as much as possible, i would discard my bra before going to sleep. it's more comfortable for me to sleep without one due to the size of my boobs. and sleeping with a bra with underwire is not comfortable for me, it feels confining.
with or without bra for sleeping is a matter of preference for women... whatever makes us more comfortable.

Wearing a bra to bed will not help. Just exercise to stay in shape. A bra will not help the pec muscles to stay strong, exercise will.
