Spending money when you make money

How do you feel about a person that makes extravagant purchases and has expensive hobbies when they owe numerous family and friends large amounts of money? Would you say something to them or would you just mind your own business?

if i know the person i may something to them, as i really hate those kind of people... i mean why would they do something like that? i've known some people who are like that and i did said something to them about it... but they seem to not care at all and still keep on doing what they love doing...

Its one of my biggest pet peaves. I don't know how they could sleep at night. I just can't get myself to say anything.
