Happiness mostly comes from within one self.By regularly looking inward, one discovers the source of all happiness and feels the wisdom universal life.Individual ego and self-centric desires are the causes of pain and unhappiness. Some people are not happy because their minds are always loaded with unlimited desires. After one desire is fulfilled, they crazily run after another. They are always overstressed and overburdened with illusive loads of material desires without realizing the true meaning of life and happiness.Thanks.

Hey, Well it is just that some people cannot actually be happy, because they haven't really led a good life. Even though some people try their hardest, some things might have happened in their life that prevents them to actually be happy right now. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I think that happiness is largely a state of mind and a lot of it depends upon how you look at your life. If a person looks around and compares themselves to others and allows themselves to dwell upon what they do not have, they aren't going to be happy. If a person looks at their own life and the things and people that are in it, and really stop to think how much worse things could be, they are more llikely to be happy. I may not have millions of dollars, but I do have beautiful and intelligent kids, a loving husband, we both have jobs, we have a roof over our heads, food in our stomachs, and clothes on our backs. Those are the important things, the rest, we can work towards. Are we happy? Yes, we are.

It is a choice we make. You can Choose to be happy, or you can choose to be not happy. It is that SIMPLE, however, it is not very EASY. You have to make a conscious decision to be happy. You have to constantly remind yourself that you are happy. You have to look around at what you have, appreciate the fact that you have it. If there is something you want and do not have. Dwelling on that will reduce your happyness, but making a plan, writing it down, and acting on it, will make you happier. I would like to invite you and everyone else that reads this discussion to join me on a 30 day Mental Cleanse. Every wednesday we meet over the phone at 8pm Eastern time and discuss Napoleon Hill's classic book, Think and Grow Rich. We study it a chapter at a time. It is a great way to grow happier, and meet lots of fun people in a positive and encouraging atmosphere, if you are interested at all PM me. Cheers.

There is nothing which make people happy or unhappy. It is only our mind that makes to feel so. If you just make your mind to think all those rubbish, then you feel that you are unhappy. But it is all your mind, which makes the difference.
