Recently we have seen in the news paper about the HRD ministry of India planning to scrap the board exams for the class 10 and to have a national board of exams for the class 12. There is also speculations about scraping UGC and AICTC giving way for a new education board which promises to be a loop hole free one. Your valuable comments and suggestions are awaited.
