Whether we agree or not, weather is consider as one big factor that affects are mood, right? I think you will be consider lier if you will say no. especially when the weather is too hot. Many of us is hard headed. Sometimes we tend to shout to someone.Am I right? I know emotions cannot be controlled . Releasing it is not, the most important thing is you release your emotions in a right place. There are some us just release our emotion even not in the right place. So we should be very careful. What about you? Does your mood change when it is really hot? With me, I admit there are some instances when its hot, I easily get mad.

For me, yes, it affect my mood. I can get mad and can't focus in my work if it's hot! That's why I like it when raining pour heavily (as long as it doesn't cause flood). My country only has 2 seasons, sunny and rainny.. Maybe I can feel different if I live in country that has 4 seasons.. When rain pours down, I feel happy and relax..and sometimes sleepy,,hehe. Better to stay alone if it's hot and try to do my task.

Well thats true weather conditions affect our mood. And its true that when its hot so much temper we have. Its easily for me to get mad when its hot and when i do something that i can't get easily i got mad. And when its raining i also feel something, i am lonely when its raining, i feel that theres nobody except the fall of the rain. Well, whatever the moods we have during different weather conditions hope we can cope with it and take it easy in everything =)

Yes, weather conditions affect my mood. I think that is not only for me it happens to almost everybody. It is raning heavily in my place for the last one week. I am very irritated about it. I need to go for shopping, but I can't do it because of rain. Also, many of my clothes are still wet. I don't have a dryer and it is not possible to dry in sun.

Being from the south I have adopted the heat into my life rather well, especially after Hurricane Charlie hit a few years back. I can work and do anything in the heat it just makes me work harder cause I like sweat so I guess it does put me in a better mood, until the people I work with tick me off and than my back starts to hurt.
It snows here too and sure I like the snow but I hate the cold weather, I hate to shiver and I hate to feel cold everywhere but my chest.

hi rberon!
Definitely, weather conditions affects our mood. It's summertime again over here! We are residing in a very hot and humid country and I feel burning inside the car early in the morning going to the office and in the afternoon going back home, to think that the car is fully airconditioned. Consequently, i don't feel like talking after emerging from the car until I refreshed myself in few minutes.
Much more for my husband who is working in a construction site, you really can't say anything unpleasant to his ear or he will yell at you each time.

Although I've not been diagnosed officially SAD; I find that my depression is harder to shake in the winter time. I think that it's mostly due to lack is sunshine. And when it's yukky I can't get into the bush or down to the river like I can in the summer. I don't have issues with the heat except that if I'm too hot I get drowsy.

I agree that weather affects our feelings and mood greatly. For instance, you wouldn't be happy if you are going for basketball and it was raining right. And also, when it is raining, you tend to be more sleepy and never want to get out of bed that shows you are lazy and if it is hot, you will be cursing all day long with no reasons behind it.As for me,when it is too hot it will be a bad day for me to be walking outside as i will just get mad and pist easily with others. When it is cloudy and raining i would feel emo and also sad and weak even though nothing had happened.

I know that the weather effects my mood. If it is gloomy outside, I tend to feel a bit glommy myself. When I am very hot, I do tend to become irritated much easier than when I am comfortable, and the same goes w hen I am too cold. I try my best to keep my emotions in check when I know that the weather is contributing to them a lot, but, let's face it, sometimes, it just doesn't work out that way.

There's no doubt that weather can affect my moods. If it is hot, it is a lot easier for me to get frustrated, and if it's raining it's easy for me to get a little depressed. I think weather conditions, and even the difference between day/night can affect our moods very much. Or at least that's the case for me.

Oh God yes. Here are my weather-related moods:
Hot and dry - Irritable
Hot and humid - Full on angry and fidgety due to constantly wiping sweat
Hot and rain - Fairly content
Cold and cloudy - Unproductive
Cold and snowing - Can barely get out of bed
Cold and raining - Highly upset
Basically if it's not a comfortable temperature outside with no precipitation, I'm not having the best day lol!

Oh definitely yes! Weather does change my mood. When it's very hot or hot and humid I get really short and I'm more ill tempered . I have eczema and hot weather heat usually sets it off and that probably has a lot to do with my mood going from bad to worse. It doesn't help that my air conditioner is trying to go out and I'm waiting for a part to come in so I can have it fixed.

I certainly think that the weather has got something to do with mood change too. When it's a warm and hot weather, a lot of people will be flushed and getting angry and all that. But normally, I'm alright with hot and cold weather. I think the thing that puts me in a bad mood would be rude and people that love to take advantage..

Of course. Weather is my number factor when going to school. I it rains heavily, classes are close and i wont get my allowance. Can even go to the computer shop, that's frustrating not playing my online games for that day with my friends. Another thing is when it goes really hot. I need to buy a lotion to protect my skin for uv rays. Who cares with uv rays anyways?

I can relate to that! When it is hot and humid, it is so difficult to sleep and you don't feel like sleeping to bed either because it feels sticky icky specially if you don't have an AC but just a fan. But, if it is rainy and there's a cold breeze, you feel like sleepy and it feels so good also to sleep. So weather really affects our mood.
Another example I can give is that when it is sunny day, you feel like going out in the mall and buy things and stroll and enjoy. But if the weather is rainy, or stormy, you wants to go out right? most of us would just like to stay indoors.
Last example, when it's summer, we tend to eat cold sweets, cold drinks and drink plenty of water. But when the weather is cold, you like to eat hot soup and hot beverages like coffee and tea.

Definitely. I hate when it rains because my mood immediately drops into depression. When it's sunny outside I feel lighter (mentally). Something about cloudy skies and rain reminds me of a time in my life that I definitely do not want to remember.
