What do you think about your boss?

Well, my boss...she's moody. I like her sometimes..but most of the time, I don't. heh

HEy, I think i am one of the lucky ones. Though i have the coolest boss anyone can have. There is just one small hitch, he never ever gives me an off ha ha. At work i have never had a problem with him. I guess a real nice and understand ing boss makes up for other small issues you may have at work. He is an absolutely plessure to work for.

My boss is young and in her first year of being a manager, the thing is she is too friendly with everyone and mucks around and doesn't really act as a manager however when dealing with customers and staff who are not pulling their weight she is a manager i just feel that people who were already friends with her before she became a manager have an adavantage in the work place.

My boss is quite a good lady as she really knows that there are things that simply need time to handle and won't just push us to the limit if it really isn't that urgent. She tries to understand our difficulties which I believe is already quite good.

I have 2 bosses, and both can be annoying at times, but overall they are good bosses. They let us take time off when we ask, without complaining much. But one of my bosses is a smoker, and that really bothers me sometimes.

My boss seems to be a silent type, try to observe what is happening around until something goes wrong. He is more of democratic leader, he never shouted at me and sometimes i feel like he is not really doing his part as a manager, but you know what... everytime mistakes happen on my part and the management is up to it, he never expose my name and never blame me to the management for these mistakes. I can say that he is a boss who is responsible for how he is managing his people or group and responsible for everything unlike other bosses wherein they hide and wash their hands everytime problems arise.

Hi dianmelydia, My bos is very sporting among all bosses that i have worked. He never disturb me as long my work ok. He understand that as a mother with young kids, sometimes i've have to come in late or take half day leave due to my kids sickness and I think, I'am very lucky!!
